Update Request

Please note:

  • Incomplete requests will delay the completion.
  • Word Documents can not be added to a website. If your request is to add a .pdf linked to an icon or text, please provide your properly formatted pdf.
  • If you have more that 5 items to send, ie. pictures, pdf’s or word doc’s – Email them after you complete the form to www.modernfiles.com
  • Images you wanted added to your website need to be sized and compressed. Additional charges may apply for large image uploads. See FAQ’s
  • Most requests are completed within 7-10 days. Often sooner. (better the details, faster the completion)
  • Stock images are $7 each if you provide the image # from stock.adobe.com
  • Page creation or theme changes may require a consultation. – See Booking Here

If you are not on an update subscription plan, invoice for the work requested will be sent at:

  • $35 per hour for standard updates (pro-rated for updates under 1 hr)
  • $65 per hour for theme related updates
  • $125 per hour for programming level updates

*updates to your website are not included in the managed hosting or SEO packages.
